could anybody tell me what is the reason behind Getting Error count is not equal to Zero, while CRC check. is that affect analysis result.

One (or more) of the files being checked has been changed, and the computed finger-print doesn't match the value stored and distributed by COADE in the "finger-print file".

These differences can be caused by:
- installing hot-fixes obtained from COADE
- or potentially a virus infection of the EXEs.

How to fix this type of error? thank in advance!

Do you have any "hot-fixes" (files you received directly from us via e-mail) insalled? If so, this is not an error and nothing needs to be fixed.

If this is not the case, uninstall then re-install the software.
