They are many changes in piping code ASME B31.3 for 2004, most important is stress range factor. You need a update, not a new Caesar.

"Code Revisions" are never incorporated into an "update" or "build", because of QA requirements. "Code Revisions" are incorporated into "new versions".

ASME B31.3 2004 will be in CAESAR II Version 5.00.
