Hi,

Does anybody knows how to set up wave loads in Caesar? is it equal as wind load case is?, for example, in load cases window I put the following for wind case:

L1 W+T1+P1 OPE
L2 W+T1+P1+WIND1 OPE
L3 W+P1 SUS
L4 L3-L1 EXP
L5 L2-L1 OCC
L6 L3+L5 OCC

Is it the same in wave case?

In "WAVE LOADS" window:
what is the "Phase Data" aim to?
Where can I get the Phase Angle from?

Thank you

Yes these load cases are correct.

The "phase data" can be used to position the wave (granted you actually have a wave train) over the starting node point in the model. (The wave crest is at a phase of 0 while the trough is at a phase of 180.) You can position the wave anywhere from 0 to 360, just like the wind direction can be any angle from 0 to 360. This is not something you "get", but rather a value you select.

Most people don't do this, they just assume all elements are at a phase of zero, which is conservative.
