Im now doing tank design calculation by using 'One Foot Method', for the tank size 8500mm I.D x 7600m Height.

My problem is :
1 - The wall thickness show failed, from 3rd course to fifth course, with 6mm thk, the first two i used 8mm thk, which is ok. But after double check with manual calculation, the 5 mm thick is more than enough. pls help me..

Hello amiza

This is just a thought. In the configuration dialogue screen, there is a field called: 'Thickness Roundup to Nearest'. If you set this to zero, the plate thickness will not be rounded up to the nearest available plate size.

If this does not fix the problem, please send in your file as Richard asked.
