hello to all.

Anyone know how to model a "Relief Valve" in Ceasar II?
The "Relief Valve" is "40-1500# Inlet x 50-300# Outlet Relief Valve RF". There is no Relief Valve in CII Valve Database and I cannot treat it as a rigid item coz inlet and outlet are not in a line. Who can help me out please?

Cheers
Michael

Hello. I believe it is modeled as two rigid elements perpendicular to each other. The weight can be taken from vendor drawing and distributed in the two rigid elements. The reaction force during "Pop up" can be applied at the intersection node of two rigid elements, with appropriate direction as per the co ordinate system.
Hope this helps.
