Good Morning to all

I have a problem regarding Shielding effect consideration during Wind condition .

Could any body explain me any thumb rule or reference theory for consideration of shielding effect for pipes which are surrounded by pipes or equipment .

Yes unless the pipe is completely surrounded there is no "shield affect" see the ASCE codes.....
