I'm trying to run a local loading check, in CII. The material library won't open on the vessel data tab?

Does anyone know why this might not open? Normally I access the material list once the des temp has been entered. This is the first time I've used the WRC fuction in v 5.1. Does this have any bearing on the answer?

The DLLs aren't registered.

Assuming you have "Admin Rights", navigate to the CAESAR II program directory and double-click on the "netuserc2.bat" file.

If you're running Vista or Win7, to do this properly you'll have to open a "command prompt" using "Run as Administrator", then navigate to the directory and invoke the batch file.
