Hi Vikaash,

If you have Windows XP run the file 'NetUser.bat' located in “C:\ Program Files\COADE\PVElite 2010"

If you have Windows Vista/7, locate “Codecalc.exe” on “C:\ Program Files\COADE\PVElite 2010\Codecalc.exe”, then right click and select “run as administrator” (see image below).

In Windows Vista/7 this is needed when you switch between versions of CodeCalc because they need different versions of DLL’s to be registered.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Vikaash,

I would then suggest your contact the system administrator and then run 'Netuser.bat' while logged in as administrator.

Vikaash,

We recently uncovered an issue that could cause this. It has been fixed and will be available in the next build. But, if you need solution now, email us at support -at- coade dot com and put it to my attention.
