Dear All

How to model flexibily nozzle by used WRC 107 Function in Caeser II in case centerline of nozzle is same elevation of bottom tank.
I have a ploblem with how to input in " Distance to stiffener or head" and "Distance to opposite stiffener"
Because in my understand " Distance to stiffener or head" we input distance from centerline for nozzle to tangent of tank. but "Distance to opposite stiffener"I don' know how to input.
because Caesar II require minimum distance is radius of nozzle,but in the fact is zero.

I need to used WRC 107 not API 650

I don't believe WRC addresses this situation. You're probably facing a Finite Element analysis.
