If you have a Header in your piping System u must calculate.

Because Normally in Oil Field Fire Header We always Maintain 10 Barg Pressure. (It s Depends)

If your pump is centrifugal type specified as per API610, the pump nozzle loads needs to be evaluated against the nozzle allowable (API610 table 2-1A or vendor supplied). How can you check the nozzle loads without a formal stress analysis?

Dear Power,
You still need to check the Pump Nozzle load, if you have line 3" above connect to rotating pump, then check it by doing stress analysis, just to make sure your load at the nozzle pump does not exceed API 610 or vendor allowable load.
