Hello, I have a question regarding drilled blind flanges equipped with a distributor.
In attachment you can see the detail that I'm talking about.

Our consultant is using a different software, and he says that when checking the design of the main blind flange, he is relying on UG-39.
When the drilled hole is bigger than half the diameter of the blind flange, he uses appendix-14.

I've been wondering for a while about this, and I'd like to ask you a couple of things:

1) can pvelite check drilled flanges on nozzles(ansi or en rating)? If I had to set up a model, I would not know how to define it.

2) this one is more important: is UG-39/app14 referring to rated flanges? I thought it was specifically used for flat welded ends.
