I have a vessel that has to be designed for cyclic service. Internal design pressure/temperature - 15 Kgf/cm2 & 120 Deg C. The pressure cycles are 2.5 to 7.5 in 200 seconds. Is it possible design vessel with such parameter in PV Elite ?

PVElite only address fatigue calculation for radial nozzle.

Go to "load case" panel and select "fatigue analysis".
A pop-up window will let you define the pressure cycles in terms of pressure range and number of cycles.
You can't include the temperature cycles.

how to include thermal loading.
Vessel having temperature cycle of 400 'C to 25 'C and than again back to 400 'C Every day.

Thermal stress cycles are not included in PV Elite. For thermal loading, you need to know the temperature difference between two critical points on the vessel, where those points are and the precise temperatures of those points. The temperatures are changing all the time, and mapping the places where those temperatures are at each moment in time is an impossibility, unless you have very specialised software. This is the reason we have not included thermal fatigue in the programme. If we included it, the user would be asked questions he/she could not answer.
