With CAESAR II Version 5.2 Limited-run edition -

When I try to create an ISO I get the error message

"Runtime Error!
Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\COADE\CAESAR II 5.20\C2ISOGEN.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

I get the same error whether I try to use the default style, an existing style or create a new style.

After I dismiss that message I get another error message that says

"CAESAR II Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Etc."

Also,

When I try to start I-Configure I get an error message

"Component 'sssplt30.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

A search for the file sssplt30.ocx on my C: drive could not find it. I also could not find it on the CAESAR II installation CD.

Can anyone help? Where can I get this required sssplt30.ocx file?

There are many possibilities that cause this run-time error message. First, user needs to login the Windows as system administrator, then check if you have multiple versions of isogen components, or all the dependencies are installed and properly registered.

For I-Configure error, please contact me, I will send you "sssplt32.ocx" file by E-mail and help you fix the run-time error.

Hi,

I maybe have encounter the same problem like you, because I could not generate the isometric.

I've asked the local software supplier which advise me to open back the configuration windows. click "Save" then quit the window. This event will generate back the ".cfg" file in the file folder. And, I could generate the iso again in the iso-gen.

Hopefully this would help you, in case its the same kind of problem you have.
