Dear sir

Rotation in header supports, while giving it as displacements in caesar II,We are arresting the Rx,Ry,Rz. This creates moment which exceeds our allowable, as our usual practice we are arresting the header rotations @ support points. My point is ,Can we allow a partial rotation in each point (i.e. 50% of actual rotation). please advice. Herewith Attached a schematic sketch

May I kindly ask why are you trying to prevent rotation in the first place?

Using spring hanger for y direction and tuning it for the lower or no-rotation can reduce/eliminate the problem. I case you use the rigid hangers you need to increase the flexibility in the system to reduce the rotation on the header. Adding rotational restraint is sometimes used but it is very rare, and mostly requires large structure to take the torsion effect.
