I have one query regarding CS Area of bolt for my flange leckage calculation.

I have following criteria for qualification according to ASME Sec III Devision 1-Subsection NC,Clause NC 3658.3

MFs<= 3125(Sy/36000)C*Ab
MFd<= 6250(Sy/36000)C*Ab

Where Sy:-Yeild Strenght
C:-Bolt Circle Diameter(in)
Ab:-Total cross sectional area of bolt at root of thread or least diameter under stress(in2)

Assuming the question is "how do I determine Ab?" and also assuming you're using ASME bolts:

ASME B1.1 is a good place to start. If the answer isn't in there exactly, it should point you in the right direction.
