I was checking the sag (due to weight) and I found out that the line is sagging -0.7inch at a location where I already have a rigid support (+Y), where it should be zero, shouldn’t it?!. any explanations?

You said "due to weight", but you didn't say what the load case setup was. If you're looking at an EXP case, that is a range, so that -0.7 is not a displacement magnitude, but rather a displacement range.

Thank you for your prompt answer.
I was checking the displacement due to load case of {W (weight)+H(hanger load)}, which I think should be zero, since it’s at a rigid support. Right?! I actually see a displacement of -0.7 –vertically-
