Dear Sir,

When we are designing for tank containing fluids which are either very corrosive / acidic / basic ( sour) in nature special consideration is to be taken based on temp & pressure. Some Needs HIC / Nace /Lethal / sour special treatment.Material to be used is also a very big consideration.
I have just vague information regarding this.

Can any body help me on this issue.

Regards
Ashish

This a little outside our area of expertise. However, there is some information at the website: http://www.nace.org/content.cfm?parentid=1007&currentID=1007

You should look for a NACE paper named "SP0294", 2006.
You'll find a lot of info, suggestions and good practice details for sulphuric acid tanks.
