I am a thesis student in mechanical Engineering: in Venezuela. I am working with the program Caesar II, version 5.10, making an analysis of flexibility to a piping system PLC refinery.
First I made the model in Cadworxplant program, then exported to Caesar, add my design temperature conditions (T1 = 66 ° C) operating temperature (T2 = 36 ° C). Presion1 = 20bars. Material A53 grade B and code ASME B31.3. In obtaining the results of stress for the operating conditions (W + T1 + P1), the program results in the analysis (NO CODE STRESS CHECK PROCESSED: LOADCASE (OPE) W + T1 + P1).
however, I get the result of OPE STRESS: 424,918.8 Kpa. ALLOWABLE: O, O. (Do not tell me which is the maximum allowable stress for the code).
to review the results of a node by node, I get the calculated result of stress per node, but do not get permissible stress used by the code.
