Dear Sir,

We bought PV-Elite 2009 version license last year. This year we updated PV-Elite 2010 version which we downloaded from COADE.COM. Will it work well...

My question:

1.Can I work both version (2009 & 2010 updated) at a time. or else i have to remove 2009 version once updated 2010 version.

2.After updating 2010 version, component analysis is not working, it gives an error(refer attachement-1). Component analysis not working in both version 2009 & 2010.

3.In 2010 version, 3D graphic display area is not visible, even existing model also not visible in the 3D graphic area.

I believe there might be some error during updating 2010 version.

Pls suggest your solution for above queries.

Thanks in advance.

Jayavel,

You should contact the COADE representatives in India for tech support. I will give some pointers,

What is your company name, what is your operating system, what the number in big letters printed on the ESL.

1. You can have multiple versions of program installed on your computer.

2. The component analysis error is not visible in the attachment.

3. For the graphics issue, refer to the discussion about this in the PV Elite faqs, which can be accessed from our site -> Support -> FAQ, articles and Tips -> PV Elite -> graphics.

What do you mean by component analysis?
Do you have administrator rights on the computer?

The image you attached only shows a Hoops Error, which is not very clear to us. Please explain what is the error with more details.

Hi Jayavel,

Like I mentioned that error message is not very clear. Where are you clicking before that message opens up or does it just come up? Please send your query to Techsupport@coade.com and address it to Luis on the subject line.

Dear Jayavel,

If you get that hoops warning, check the box to "Suppress Further Errors".

Did you up-date your graphics card drivers?

Are you using 'msw' or 'opengl' as the graphics drivers. Try the other one.

The directions to change the graphics driver are listed in PV Elite faq.

Dear all,

Thanks to Mr.Luis Sanjuan & Mandeep singh. As Mr.Luis told, it was wrong with Administrator control. It was working with Administrator login, but did not work with local user login. It was wrong with PC user account.

Now,It has been rectified by Out IT administrator. he gave full access to local user. And re-installed PV-Elite 2010 version.

Last week Mr.Mohan (technical support engineer from Imagrafix,Doha,Middle east) came to rectify this problem, by the time we found above reason and explained him.

Thanks to COADE for giving best technical support.
