Hi forum.

I'm getting this error when I'm running isogen in CAESAR 5.20 with patch 090904, I reinstall the software and visual c++ runtimes 2005 and 2008 versions and no matter what, CAESAR always shows that error.
I want to know if there is a solution to that error without preparing a new workstation.
I attached the capture of the error to the forum to know if anyone can help me.

You need to login the Windows as system administrator or as super user with system administrator's privilege, because isogen module needs full access right to system's TEMP folder.

Maybe you have multiple version of CAESAR installed on your machine, or some other software package which also use isogen dlls by Alias. I have seen this happen on some users’ machine, the problem can be solved by uninstalling other software.
