I have a question:

I have a big pipe supported from a structure, there are some induced displacmentes in the structure due wind and seismic bending the pipe, the question is?

Do I have to combine these displacments with the wind or seismic cases as OCC case (WIN1+D1(induced displacement due wind)or I have to combine these displacement in the operation case to get the EXP stresses due these diplacments+temperature displacments.
