I don't see what your problem is.

Rest support PS-01 should be modelled as a +Y restraint with a coefficient of friction appropriate to teflon, usually 0.1, and you could model the steel but it's probably not necessary.

PS-02 is similar but also a guide. Select Guide from the Caesar II support options, or fix X /fix Z. Since the support is a clamp, you might check out the lateral load to ensure the clamp does not want to rotate.
