Use the OD as the Basis for Zick Calculations

"By default PV Elite uses the ID basis on which to perform the Zick analysis calculations. In general, this is more conservative than using the OD. However if you wish to use the OD as the basis, then check this box. Checking this box will change the "r" value used in the stress calculation equations."

I couldn't find this "box" for checking. Please help me to find this box in the PVElite.

Dear Haran,

Just go to Tools > Configuration, and in the 'Job Specific Setup Parameters' tab you can find this check box as 'Use OD as the basis for the shell radius in Zick'.
