Can any one tell that why MAWP is not being calculated when longitudinal bending stress is govern over hoop stress

I presume your remarks refer to ASME Section VIII, Division 1. The code defines MAWP in paragrph UG-98, and only refers to pressure. It does not consider axial stress in the shell from wind and seismic effects. PV Elite follows that principle. The stresses resulting from bending are considered separately.

The user can of course enter his/her own MAWP. That option is always available.
