i am working with caesar II ver.5 and normally i have no problem with it.
but sometimes i get attached errors that i must terminate the program.
our IT team could not fix this problems.
could you please help me in this regard?

I suspect a HOOPS graphics issue. Go to the Configuration and on the "3D Viewer Settings" tab, scroll down to the bottom. You find a setting for "Video Driver", which defaults to OPENGL. Change this to "Windows Basic Video" and see if that resolves your issue.
