The leg baseplate analysis avaiable in PV ELtie is from the Pressure Vessel Design Manual by Dennis Moss. That procedure cannot be applied to small baseplates such as this one. In that case just select a std. bolt and baseplate sizing from the literature such as books by Dennis Moss, Megyesy.
