What SIF we have to consider for Latrolet modelling in CII? Is any defined sif in CII like welding tee for latrolet?

You need to follow the recommendation of the Code - contact your vendor and ask him what SIF to use. If the vendor does not reply, explain to him that you will have to take him off the approved vendor list. He will probably get back to you with an answer quickly.
