Dear all
Can any body advise how to eliminate the moments which occur at the pump suction around the vertical axis .I will be appreciated if some body can till also what is the effect of this moment alone on the pumps.

See how pipe expands in 3D plot view. You need to see your OPE load case expansion from TOP and SIDE views to find out the cause of My (if Y is vertical). You may add more flexibility (i.e. loop) to horizontal segments. As long as you pass API610 evaluation, no need to worry about the effect of loads. For more accurate results for load effects on shaft, couplings, impeler, etc. you need to ask vendor.

My problem is actually when analyzing the pumps at the design temperature of 53 degree temperature , i manged to neutralize all the other loads except for this load , the pump already passing under the operating temperature of 32 degree Celsius .I want to know what is the actual effect of the moment , since i know that this moment will not appear unless the line is empty and only if the ambient temperature reaches 53 degree Celsius .

Pump allowable nozzle load is generally checked against operating temperature case.
If in exceptional cases nozzle load is slightly high that could be accepted.
If in your piping system 53 deg is maximum ambient temperature, pipe could experience when it is fill with fluid also.
If pump nozzle load exceed allowable it could lead to misalignment between pump & motor shaft, increase vibration, reduce efficiency, damage the pump.
