Hi all,

I have some questions for Externally Pressurized EJ (EPEJ) as follow:

1. What is difference between an EPEJ and a Normal EJ(just bellow) ?
2. How does EPEJ behave in operation (in compression or in tension) ? I have read some catalogs for EPEJ but I can figure out how they work.
3. How about pressure thrust ? Can we ignore this effect ?
4. How should I model EPEJ in Ceasar II ?

BR.

Hi VanHa

I think you need to work out it closely with vendor.
Yes pressure thrust still need to take care. You may manually calculate it & feed it in Caesar at both side of the bellow. Compression & tension will be affected as per stiffness of bellow.
