I would like to know what units I have to use in case I have to insert a number for this parameter. I always use metric units, I don't know if I can use them here or I have to do convertion from KPa to Psi and from mm to Inches.

caesar has some units. you can change it by this metod:
in caesar window tools/configure/setup
then you should open database difinitions when chang its units file name.
you can make a new unit for your project. falow this metod:
tools/make unit files/creat anew unit file
press existing file then inter a new name and press view/edit file. change its constant and select unit.then save it.
this file is *.FIL.

I think you need to read the software documentation.

Press [F1], which will display the "help text" for the item that has the focus. If that item has units, the units associated with that field will be shown at the top of the "help text". This is dynamic, it will change with the active units system selected in the Configuration.
