COADE has confirmed with both the Department of Commerce and our export attorney that we need to have a New Customer Set-up Form (NCFS's) for all shipments outside of the United States.
This includes Mexico and Canada as NAFTA has no bearing on the requirement to complete the scans and the NCSF documentation.
