1-I want to design a case to suction and discharg of compressor.
2-Its allowable load is too small and pipe schedual is high(160).
3-I did anything about it but I cannot do it.
4-Its spec dosen't prompt to use hanger and expansion.
5-I change many design. Could anyone help me.

Suction:
OD:12 in, sch:160
Discharg:
OD:10in, sch:160
all of flange are 1500

You need to be more specific.

Are you saying no hangers allowed ? Clearly expansion joints will not be allowed if pressure requires sch160 and 1500# flanges.

What is the allowable load ? Can it be increased ?

Have you considered a loop around the machine with linestops on the axes to cancel out thermal expansion forces ?

1-Yes,I shoudn't use hanger.

2-I want to designe 2 times API-617.

3-I considered some diffrent loops around it,but coudn't get ideal result.

I guess your only option is to re-route with restraints in ideal locations.
