COADE recently became aware of a pricing discrepancy:
When COADE updated the cost of CAESAR II and PV Elite site license fees for out of date renewals last year, we neglected to reflect this change to the additional seat at the Same Location Out of Date UMS renewal fees.
Therefore effective August 1, 2009, COADE has made changes to the CAESAR II and PV Elite UMS pricing policy to be in line with standard COADE Out of Date UMS pricing (1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 X Current UMS Cost). We have also updated the versions affected and included the version breakpoints under the UMS renewal for Out of Date Customers on the new price list.
This new price list is in effect now but existing quotes, submitted to the customer prior to August 1, 2009 will be honored for 90 days through October 31, 2009. This should give you ample time to close outstanding quotes and notify clients with approaching expiration dates of the change in pricing structure
NOTE: This change only effect Out of Date Clients, there is no change in cost for clients who purchase the renewal while the UMS is current.
Please make sure and use the August 1, 2009 price list, found on the COADE web site under dealer support and on the dealer forum, for all future quotes.
