According to Technical Reference Manual,
thermal bowing delta temperature (dT) is defined as;
dT = Ttop - Tbottom

It's OK, however I'm confused for line temperature input.
Please advise which temperature of Ttop or Tbottom should be input in T1 for the correct displacement calculation ?

Generally you would specify the operating temperature as T1. If you don't have that, take the average of Ttop and Tbottom - but get this verified by someone (the Client perhaps).
