Does someone know what represents the filled condition in PV Elite?
The reason of my question is that the winloads for (vertical) hydrotest are not indicated in "Wind/Earthquake Shear, Bending" output, but for the Filled Case and they are bigger than for the Operating Case.
I input 50% wind for hydrotest.
Also Load Case 14 is IP+WF+CW: long. stress due to internal pressure + bending stress due to wind moment (filled) + long. stress due to weight (empty). How can the column be filled and empty at the same time?
I would like to know how I can eliminate this Filled Case or at least to have the same 50% wind during it.

Thank you.

On top of the page you have the 'liquid' button, click on that and fill in the data required.

I filled in the operating liquid level. The problem occurs for filled case which I think represents the filling of the equipment with water and also the draining of it after the test. During these procedures, the equipment is considered having 100% wind load. I could not remove this case.
Moreover, in some cases the hydrostatic test wind shear is 50% higher than operating wind shear, even if I indicated that wind load shall be 50% during test. This is something I couldn't explain.
