I would like to know the link between the PWHT and Radiography requirement. One of the vessels is having PWHT requirement due to service. Should the vessel be 100% radiographed ? Is there any information regarding this in ASME ?

If it is a Division 1 issue, you should consult sections UW-2 to UW-12. There you will find all the main information on PWHT and Radiography. You should look at UCS-56 (especially the tables). If you spend a few minutes quietly looking at these sections, the issue should become clear. That is far better than my trying to explain the intricacies of the code.
