In one of the vessels supported by Lug Brackets, i have noticed that the Anchor Bolt area calculation due to uplift has been performed in empty condition. Should not it be done in Operating condition (conservative) considering the Moment and operating weight. My PV elite file 2007 version.
I do not know if there is change in calculation in later versions (2008 or 2009 and updates). Can someone clarify ?
