I got a round vessel with ID=1000 mm

There is a ring(OD=1000 ID=920 x thickness 15 mm) welded on the inside of the vessel. There is a internal rest on this ring of 1250 kg.

Can i put this in PVElite?

You can add the internal ring into the model, but there is no stress calculation for the applied load on the ring or the stress in the shell. "Roark's Formulas for Stress and Strain" would be a good place to look for a method to determine the stresses.
