Could you please answer my questions belows,
1.Radial growth of shell and rotation of shell are calculated by API 650 - Appendix P, so i have to input these values in Caesar II, is it correct or not? 2.If i used Nozzle Flexibility Function in Caesar II, i do not have to input Radial growth of shell and rotation of shell in program, is it correct or not?
3.Refer to Nomograms in API 650 - Appendix P, it's mean storage tank can absorb compression loads good more than tension load, i understand it correct or not?

1. The API-650 nozzle routine in CAESAR II will compute the deflection and rotation, and report them to you in the Error Check report. If you want to apply these values to the analysis, you need to go back to the input for the nozzle CNODE and specify these values.
2. The API-650 nozzle routine in CAESAR II will compute and automatically apply the nozzle stiffnesses. However, the deflection and rotation are not automatically applied.
3. Perhaps, I've never though about things that way. You need to draw the figures and plot the loads to qualify the nozzle.

How to calculate vessel nozzle Fx,Fy,Fz & Mx,My,My? Any body can tell this answer?i am so much interesed this area to know those thing.
As per my understanding, radail load or force(FX) F=P/A where p-pressure ,A-area of the nozzle .whethere this is correct or not i dont know .otherwise we have to refer any thump rules is there please any body clarify this point

calculate local stress for cylindrical vessel
given data: vessel inside diameter (Di)=98.425 inch pressure(P)=145.03 Psi vessel thickness(T)=0.591inch Attachement diameter (do)=8.638 inch
how to calculate
Fx=? Fy=? Fz=?

In CAESER II software , click WRC bulletain 107 local nozzle load calculation method to ask the Fx,Fy,Fz,Mx,My,Mz where i will refere those value whethere vessel manufacture itself give this value or we will calculate this value.

No, you get those load (restraint) values from the results of a CAESAR II analysis.
