Hi all,

I have a typical reboiler (5500mm lenght, diamet. ext 273mm x 4mm thicknes). The reboiler is in horizontal position. There are two saddles 1200mm lenght, one fixed and the other loose to allow the displacements. On the caps are the nozzles. I would like to know how I have to desing the reboiler in CAESAR.
I have designed the models like a rigig with the centerline dimensions, but I donīt know how to input the saddles and if this is the correct input work.

Thanks.

There is an example of a horizontal vessel in the Applications Guide.

Model the shell as a large pipe. Assuming the saddles are "very" stiff, these can be modeled as rigid elements. Look at the example.
