The ISOGEN DLLs need to be registered. Download, unzip, then run this batch file to accomplish this task. NOTE: you MUST HAVE "Admin Rights" to register DLLs.

Registering the ISOGEN DLLs will not affect any other part of CAESAR II. This is an unrelated problem.

Error 367 is typically caused by Windows failing to release control of the CAESAR II communication file "control". The easiest way to resolve this problem is to restart Windows.

The problem is resolved! But why does it happen? Am I doing anything wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. The only time I've seen this problem is if I'm running the program in a debugger, and crash things. This is not something a typical user does though.
