HI,

1) In case of vertical vessel Stress Intensity, compressive Stress, S.I Ratio , Compressive ratio values are getting ZERO for HP+HW+HI and HP+HW+HI Load Cases. Why it is so??? i am Designing as per DIV-II.

Where,
HI = Bending Stress due to Wind Moment (Hydrotest)
HE = Bending Stress due to Earthquake Moment (Hydrotest)
HP = Longitudinal Stress due to Hydrotest Pressure
HW = Longitudinal Stress due to Weight (Hydrotest)


2) load case as per table 4.1.2 addressed in PVelite , the load case combinations shown in PVelite are still the old load case combinations used with old div 1 & 2. We suggest that when new div 2 is being used as design code, the load case combination shown in table 4.12 should be the mandatory load combination.
incase you are allowing the user to change that then there is a chance of code requirement not been meet.
What could be the possible solution? how can i achive the load case conditions?

3) as per table 4.1.2 of new Div 2, how/where to Enter the snow load?
