Maybe - can the pipe move axially here? Can the pipe rotate here?

If the pipe can't move at all, then this is an "anchor" and you can break your model at this point into two different systems.

pipe is not rotating. here we are using penetration pieces for pipe support.

I will try to introduce Anchor. But Anchor is a Restraint is defined for "ALL" degrees of freedom at the node.

Why we are not using Guide. Because Guide is also arrest all axis.

If i am thinking wrong Please Correct me?

If your pipe is horizontal, a "Guide" will provide one horizontal restraint, thus restraining only one degree of freedom. (If the pipe was vertical the "Guide" would give you two perpendicular horizontal restraints.)

The "anchor", in addition to restraining all three translation directions also restrains the three rotation directions.

Yes, My pipe is in horizontal. Here i am attaching different results of anchors and Guides introduce into my pipeline. It gives lot of Change.

please give me a solution to resolve that one.

Because I have no other choice to introduce a Pipe support for those areas.

So, without Support How can i solve the problem?

An anchor and a guide are two different things. From your images, the anchor will fix all six degrees of freedom while the guide will only fix one - of course you get different results. You have to make the decision as to what the proper restraint is at that location - then model accordingly.

You need to get a copy of the bulkhead penetration detail. The pipe penetration is normally welded solid- thus ANCHOR. talk to the Hull/Structural group.
