hi

the typical entry of the dynamic report is shown

node Fx
5 716
649
2X(1)

i understand the meaning of the first(716) and second(649) line.
but i don't under stand the last one.
i could read the explanation about that in the manual,
according to the manual,
the mode identification line is broken as follows :

2 X (1)
mode load direction load component

1. My question is what meaning of load component is ?

another question
sometimes i can see the (p) or (M) at the load component position.
2. what's that meaning?
3. and diffence between (1P) and (2P) at the load component position ?
or (1M) and (2M) ?

thanks

This is all defined at the top of the report, as shown here:

- Line 3 details the maximum contributor:
(a) the mode, the load component (direction and sequence number)
(b) missing mass contribution and associated load
(c) pseudo-static contribution and associated load.

The "load component" for a seismic event would represent which support group was responsible for the load. The P and M represent pseudo-static and missing-mass components (there can be more than one depending on how many loads or spectra are in the load case).
