I'm trying the CII-version 4.50 now (yes, our IT's are bloody quick) and in the configuration setup I see the option of choosing a load case template. However I can't find where to build a template. Is this because I'm blind?

No you're not blind. There is only one template supplied (load.tpl found in \caesar\system). When we supply/finish the Template Editor Module, you will be able to define your own templates. Only then will the configuration setting be useful.

At this moment, I recommend you ignore this ability, since if you foul up load.tpl, the software won't recommend your load cases.
