i have a stupid question ...can be exported from PV-ELITE in acad a 3D-view at scale 1:1 of designed vessels ?

Yes, you can export PVElite file to 3D AutoCAD environment using our CADWorx Equipment program. You can also edit it there and bring it back in to PVElite.
