Hi,
I want to Stress design a Subsea pipeline. What are the possible load cases and considerations to be taken care of in the design? How are the pipelines on the sea bed supported and considerations of stiffness factors etc.

Judging from your question, you know nothing about subsea pipeline design.
Don't even think about attempting to do this. Employ an expert.
