I've to do slug flow analysis for a line. I don't want to do Dynamic analysis. I want to apply this force in static analysis only.
Is this a right way?

What is the criteria of applying the force
1. apply the slug force on all the elbows( but this is not realistic as slug is a moving and unbalanced force)

2. create different scenarios of application of slug force by making combinations of elbows on the basis of length required for formation of slug.

What is the right way to do the slug force analysis?

Option 2 is an often used option. Indeed keep in mind that a wave passing through the network will never create the same force on all bends at the same time.
