This once posted by Sir Luf. This interpretation offer you an oportunity to neglect the effect of SIF "but" there is "however" statement include. Case 178 also state the use of SSI=0.75 but SIF =>1. Also lately I run over to the interpretation and somewhere there pointed out to use SSI=0.75, I think that will make things clear for me.
