when i perform a spectrum analysis on steam hammer, i have put lots of snubber on my pipeline,but stres check always failed. i think PIPENET and response spectrum analysis both overvalue the damage of hammer.
in pipenet,boiler is set as constant flowrate,and steam turbin inlet is set as constant pressure during the simulation period(for example 10s),while in Caesar II ,response spectrum is used to assess the damage.

can anybody give me some adivise? how can i pass the stress check?
